This Nebbiolo is pleasantly fresh and juicy; it has notes of red fruits, sweet spices and flowers such as violet and rose. It is ideal with red meat roasts. It is suitable for drinking young, but it can also be aged in the cellar for a few years.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tank, with controlled temperature, for about one week. Malolactic fermentation is completed in barrel. The refinement takes place in french oak barrels, already used for the Barolo, for 12 months

Perfume: It presents a floral bouquet of roses, wild mint and vanilla, with a long and fine intensity
Taste: Intense, very fresh, pleasant and sweetly tannic
Combination: It goes well with roast meat, braised meat with polenta, aged cheeses, mushrooms with polenta, gnocchi with meat sauce, sliced beef
