Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature for about one week. Malolactic fermentation is completed in barrel. Ageing is carried out for 24 months in wooden barrels of different ages and in bottles as required by law. No filtration is carried out
Description: Ruby red color, with brick red reflexes
Scent: The aroma is fresh, with hints of dried fruit and vanilla
Taste: On the palate is soft with a sweet, elegant and persistent tannin
Combination: Well-structured, it goes well with tasty meat dishes. Try it with beef stew bourguignonne
