Vinification: Fermentation in controlled temperature steel tanks with addition of selected yeasts from Nebbiolo. Maturation in french oak barriques for eighteen months and in bottles for a minimum of nine months

Description: Brilliant garnet red color with orange reflections

Perfume: The bouquet is intense and it contains notes of small red fruits, leather and vanilla

Taste: In the mouth, it denotes an important structure, being full-bodied and enveloping thanks to well-blended tannins. The finish is of long persistence

Combination: It goes well with mature foods such as cured meats and cheeses, elaborate first courses, roast red meats and game
