Region: Piedmont     Grape variety: Pinot nero 60% and Chardonnay 40%

Fine and persistent perlage, deep straw yellow color with slightly amber shades. The nose reveals notes of freshly baked bread. In the mouth it is remarkably structured and endowed with a particular enveloping.

Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay

Vineyard: in the municipalities of S. Stefano Belbo and Calosso (350–450 m above sea level) (CN)

Training system: Guyot

Soil: marly and calcareous

Harvest period: last ten days of August

Vinification: following fermentation of both grape varieties,
the wine is aged in used oak for approximately 7 months, with weekly bâtonnage.
Unfined and unfiltered.

Ageing: at least 48 months sur lies

Residual sugar: 3.5 g/l

Food pairings: ideal throughout a meal, particularly with fish, seafood and white meat dishes.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Serving temperature: 7–9°C
