Vinification: originally the grapes are not destemmed, fermentation takes place on the skins for about 12-15 days at a temperature of 26° – 28°

Perfume: fruity notes of cassis and wild strawberry predominate on the nose
Taste: light and balanced with a slight final savouriness
Matching: game, red meat, fish and typical Ligurian dishes
Service temperature: between 16°C and 18°C
