Perfume: Red fruit jam, combined with smoky, sweet, spicy and mineral notes
Taste: Rich, reminiscent of fruit pulp; balanced, with a finish of roses, tobacco and cocoa
Combination: It goes well with roast meat, braised meat with polenta, aged cheeses, mushrooms with polenta, gnocchi with meat sauce, sliced beef
