Made from our trombetta zucchini grown in Imperia, this spread is crafted with the addition of our 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. It is perfect for everything from aperitifs to appetizers, excellent for dressing pasta and rice, or simply served on crostini with spreadable cheese, pine nuts, toasted almonds, and fresh mint or basil leaves.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
After opening, store in the fridge.
