Made from our eggplants grown in Imperia, this spread is crafted with the addition of our 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. It is perfect for aperitifs and appetizers, served on crostini with spreadable cheeses. It is also excellent for dressing pasta and rice, or as an accompaniment to roast chicken or grilled fish fillets.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
After opening, store in the fridge.
