It’s the typical oil that has been always made in our family, when olives are ripe; suitable for all uses, both cooked and raw.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
OLFACTION: fine smell and harmonious with sweet note of almond and field flowers.
FRAGRANCE: light fruity with almond and apple note, just a little spicy.

COMBINATION:
For vegetable salads, boiled vegetables, pasta and white rise. For sea salad, boiled or steam cooked fish, fish soup, blueberries soup, molluscs or crustaceans shellfish soup.
This oil is suggested to frige of meats, mushrooms, vegetables and fruits and for dress cheese.
It is good to make the tipicals “farinata” and “focaccia”, it’s good also to stew vegetables, sauté white meat in a pan. To make every kinds of desserts. It’s also suggest for every mortar sauce like pesto, agliata, machetto, mayonnaise, aiolì, green sauce and many others. Indicated also for cooking.
