From vineyards cultivated on marly arenaceous soil, rich in limestone crystals, located at 300 meters above sea level.
The selection of the grapes is done manually.
The olfactory picture of this wine is complex, it opens with balsamic notes of pine and iodine, almost marine, to continue with clear fruity notes of small red forest fruit. In the mouthy it’s juicy, decisive and persistent.
