The result of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese, Merlot and Canaiolo grapes grown in the municipalities of Ortonovo and Castelnuovo Magra.

Vinification: Careful selection of grapes, fermentation – maceration at a controlled temperature of 18/26 °C for about 15-20 days after racking and ageing in barriques for 16/18 months Maturation in bottles for 24 months
Description: Intense ruby red with great texture
Perfume: Pronounced sensations of small red fruits, black pepper and cloves
Taste: Rich, warm, juicy and of excellent substance. It expresses itself with notes of ripe fruit, remarkable backbone and great charm
Matching: Particularly suitable for red meat dishes, stewed game, noble poultry, roasts and medium to mature cheeses
