Perfume: a nice tone of cedar mixed with grapefruit is perceptible, with hints of thyme and rosemary and a slight marine minerality
Taste: Dry, it has a nice freshness that recall the olfactory and citrus tones to the detriment of the vegetal ones, with a nice mineral and savory note
Combination: Seafood appetizers, soups, first courses based on pesto, second courses based on fish
