Vinification: Maceration on the skins for ten days with frequent pumping over in steel vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Maturation of the mass in small French oak barrels for thirteen months. Resting in bottle for twelve months

Perfume: Mediterranean’ and complex nose of red fruit: strawberry tree, blackberry, wild strawberries, then sweet spices and tobacco
Taste: Harmonious taste profile with elegant tannins and slight spicy finish
