Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes.

It’s an ancient dialect expression of our valley, in Italian it means “first stream”.

We decided to label this oil with this name because we obtain it without any pressing, but because of the weight of the “sportine” stacked one on the other one, they make a sweet pressure of the olive paste.

To be stored in a dark and dry place, away from heat sources.
