The “Ciappa Ovale” tomatoes are selected, divided in two parts, salted and dried under the sun. They are worked following the traditional receipt, reassembling the two pieces and adding inside a leaf of fresch basil from the family firm. They are then preserved in our extra virgin olive oil.
