Rosemary honey is for sure the most rare and valuable honey. It’s aroma is not very pronounced, there are hints of flowers and aromatic herbs; the taste is also fine and elegant, with almond and citrus flavors.
This honey is appreciated in combination with hard cheeses, such as Grana, Parmigiano, Sbrinz or fresh goat cheeses; it’s suitable for the table, as well as for pastry, in herbal teas, and simply spread on bread.
