G 500
Rhododendron honey is one of the most rare and valuable honeys you can find in Italy. It’s a high altitude honey, difficult to be produced due to the climate, that in altitude can influence the blooming, infact it isn’t produced all the years.
Ususally it is used as it is, for example it can be spread on bread or on rusks together with fresh mountain butter, but it can also be used to accompany mountain cheeses or as ingredient in the preparation of cakes; it is also excellent with salted or smoked meats.
