GIRAUDO – Cherry honey

It is a rare honey because the cherry blossoms occur in early spring, when the bee families are still quite small and the weather conditions are often unstable; for these reasons it is difficult to produce it in satisfatory quantities.
It has a variably light color, it tens to cristallize easily and it has a delicate smell and a sweet taste reminiscent of caramel. Indicated for sweetening yogurt, cream and creams; it is excellent for a delicious snack.
