Chestnut honey has a very particular flavor, it is not very sweet and has an almost bitter aftertaste, well appreciated by those who do not like sugar.

This honey is splendid with goat cheese and mature cheese and it is excellent with red meats and game; it goes well with red wines and craft beers.
