Acacia honey is ever the most widespread and apreciated in Italy; it is a type of monofloreal honey. The consistent fluid, the hight sweetining power and the pleasant taste really satisfy the palates. It has a a very light color and a delicates scent.

In addition on to sweetening, acacia honey is good to enhancing mature or soft cheeses, some exaples are: gorgonzola, provolone, caciocavallo, “young” Pecorino Romano, various types of goat cheese, ricotte.
