Vinification<\/strong>: Careful selection of grapes, very soft vacuum pressing using only free-run must. Cooling to 10\u00b0-12\u00b0 C with natural decanting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16\u00b0-17\u00b0 C for 15 days. Maturation from 50 to 90 days on fine lees. Maturation in steel until February<\/p>\n

Perfume<\/strong>: Captivating aromas of white flowers with pleasant sensations of peach and golden apple<\/p>\n

Taste<\/strong>: Fresh and elegant, it shows great structure, beautiful minerality and considerable body, with a long and pleasantly finish<\/p>\n

Combination<\/strong>: Also ideal as an aperitif, it was born to be paired with hors d’oeuvres to the most demanding fish dishes<\/p>\n
