Ageing takes place in stainless steel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description: <\/strong>White with antique gold highlights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aroma<\/strong>: Mineral notes lending hints of tart fruit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palate:<\/strong> Balanced, with a persistent finish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pairing:<\/strong> with white meats, lamb and egg pasta with rag\u00f9 and stockfish brandacujun. Serve at a temperature not exceeding 15\u00b0C<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>White wine 75 CL<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ITALIAN PRODUCT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alcohol content: 13 %<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It\u2019s a wine of great character, with an aromatic connotation that recalls the peel of yellow fruit, such as medlar and unripe apricot, and dried fruit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This original white wine, obtained from indigenous vines of western Liguria, is made by macerating 60% white Rossese grapes and 40% Massarda and Malaga grapes. The white Rossese vine was more widespread, but because it was easily affected by powdery mildew, it was supplanted by Vermentino.
