Description<\/strong>: Pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections<\/p>\n

Perfume<\/strong>: a nice tone of cedar mixed with grapefruit is perceptible, with hints of thyme and rosemary and a slight marine minerality<\/p>\n

Taste<\/strong>: Dry, it has a nice freshness that recall the olfactory and citrus tones to the detriment of the vegetal ones, with a nice mineral and savory note<\/p>\n

Combination<\/strong>: Seafood appetizers, soups, first courses based on pesto, second courses based on fish<\/p>\n
