The \u201cCiappa Ovale\u201d tomatoes are selected, divided in two parts, salted and dried under the sun. They are worked following the traditional receipt, reassembling the two pieces and adding inside a leaf of fresch basil from the family firm. They are then preserved in our extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n

Keep in a cold and dry place, away from the light.
\nAfter opening, place in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n
