The basil leaves are washed thoroughly in cold water and dried with centrifuges. After washing and drying the basil leaves, combined with the other ingredients, are chopped in the cutter and reduced to a paste. The paste obtained is transferred to the filling silos for packaging in glass jars. The packaging is completed with the closure of the vacuum capsule. At the end of packaging, once the correct closure of each jar has been verified, the labeling takes place.
It is an excellent seasoning for pasta, bruschetta and other delicacies.
All the products are processed exclusively by hand and without the use of any preservative. Once collected, the mushrooms or vegetables are checked, selected and washed thoroughly. After they are boiled in water, salt, vinegar, wine and natural flavors; it takes just a few minutes to cook perfectly. We are therefore ready for packaging; the product is carefully placed by hand in glass jars and olive oil is added.
Finally the jars are pasteurized and the products are thus ready to be sold.
